Please read these terms before ordering pet products from Maham Shoppy.
1. Ordering & Acceptance
By completing a checkout on Maham Shoppy, you agree to receive the ordered items at the designated shipping address and pay the recorded grand total in full to the courier upon delivery.
2. Cash on Delivery Obligation
Cash on Delivery requires the customer or an authorized recipient to be available at the destination phone number and address during delivery hours. Repeated unexcused refusals of genuine orders may result in restriction of delivery to that address.
3. Inventory & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We strive to maintain 100% accurate live inventory. In the rare event an ordered item cannot be fulfilled due to warehouse damage, our team will promptly contact you.
4. Product Suitability & Veterinary Guidance
Product descriptions, ingredients, and feeding guidelines are provided based on manufacturer labels. If your pet suffers from acute medical allergies or specific chronic conditions, please consult your veterinarian before feeding new diets.
