1. How Cash on Delivery (COD) Works
At Maham Shoppy, Cash on Delivery is our default and primary payment method. When you place an order:
- You pay absolutely ₹0 in advance at checkout.
- We pack and dispatch your fresh pet food and accessories within 24 to 48 hours.
- Our trusted logistics partner brings the parcel to your designated delivery address.
- You can inspect the sealed outer package, then pay the exact order total using physical cash or scan the courier's UPI QR code.
2. Delivery Rates & Free Shipping
We keep shipping charges transparent:
• Orders with subtotal ₹499 or above: FREE Doorstep Delivery
• Orders under ₹499: Flat fee of ₹49
3. Estimated Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday through Saturday. Major metro areas typically receive delivery within 2 to 4 working days, while regional and non-metro towns take approximately 3 to 6 working days.
4. Package Inspection & Integrity
Please verify that the courier packaging is sealed with intact Maham Shoppy tape upon delivery. If the outer carton is visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse acceptance and call our support helpline immediately.
